Steven: I would like our team to have a software package that allows us to control access to a centralized set of HTML documents. Adobe's Contribute does this and this website was created by me to test Contribute's capabilities.

Advantages:

HTML is the web's preferred format. The more documents that can be edited in HTML, the better.
Providing a central location for documents is a better way to control changes to documents than attaching documents to emails.
Authority to change documents is controlled by the administrator of the folder where the documents reside.
The most recent draft of a document is available for all to see.

Disadvantages:

Contribute costs money
Contribute is a new software package requires learning.
