z_test = (0.3197 - 0.333) ⁄ √0.333×0.667 ⁄ 976 = -0.882

Because -0.882 is NOT in the Critical Region, we Fail to Reject the Null Hypothesis and the statistical analysis of the data can NOT support the original claim.
