The links below direct you to the web sites where you can download the necessary tools to view or develop MathML.
All versions
of Mozzilla's brower, Firefox render MathML. I test all my web pages using Firefox. Click the logo to download Firefox.
Click STIX Beta Fonts to download fonts required to properly render MathML in FireFox browsers.
Optional: 
Firemath is an optional extension of Firefox that makes it easier to generate presentation MathML
markup. Click on the Firemath logo to install it.
Click the IE
logo to download Internet Explorer. 
Then download and install MathPlayer from Design Science to allow MS Internet Explorer to render MathML.

Click the Amaya logo to download W3C's Web Editor/Browser.
Amaya not only renders MathML but is a MathML editor as well.
